This report into the condition of the reserve forces and delivery of the Future Reserves 2020 programme was compiled by an independent External Scrutiny Team, established by the Council of Reserve Forces’ and Cadets’ Associations.
This is the first report to be published under the statutory obligation imposed by the Defence Reform Act 2014 and follows the voluntary publication of reports that were commissioned by the Ministry of Defence in 2013 and 2014.
