UK Cyber Governance Project: Arculus privacy notice

About your data

Arculus will collect and process the minimum amount of data possible to carry out this research. We need information about you when inviting you to take part in research to ensure that you meet the criteria for this research and we are including a wide range of people. 

At this stage, personal data we collect from you includes your name, job title, email address and information about the organisation you work for. We may request additional information throughout the duration of this project. All data is held on Arculus IT systems and we will not share your personal data with Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT) or third parties. Any insight developed from this research will be anonymised.

We will not sell or rent any of your data to third parties, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

The data collected through this form will be held for a maximum of 6 months. After this point, we will delete all personal data relating to you, but may retain research data containing your anonymised quotes.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, and request deletion of your data. You have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. Please contact info@arculus-cyber.co.uk if you would like to request access, deletion or to invoke any of your other rights.

During this research we will also collect high-level information about the cyber security and maturity of your organisation. Arculus holds Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO27001 accreditations for Information Security and all staff working with this data hold at minimum the government Baseline Personnel Security Standard.
