UK Foreign Secretary James Cleverly and Bulgarian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Mariya Gabriel signed this joint statement in London on 24 October 2023. It covers the areas of:

  • foreign, security and defence policy
  • justice and home affairs
  • economic and trade co-operation
  • technology, scientific, healthcare, education, cultural and environment co-operation
  • governance
