The Secretariat to the Independent Commission on Freedom of Information has prepared this document at the request of the Commission’s Chair.
It is based on a list of appeals provided by the Information Commissioner. The Secretariat analysed outcomes where section 35 or section 36 of the Act were used to protect information and these issues were decided on by the Tribunal.
