- Country Series Bilateral Agreements that are not yet in force
- European Union Series Multilateral Agreements between Member States of the European Union, or between Third Parties and Member States of the European Union that are not yet in force for the UK. (Note: On 1 April 2011, the European Union Series replaced the European Communities Series)
- Miscellaneous Series Multilateral Agreements, where the UK is a signatory, that are not yet in force
- Treaty Series Agreements that have completed all necessary procedures and now are in force for the UK
