This privacy notice explains how HMRC collects and uses your your information while you are signed into an HMRC service.

  1. The sections 'When we collect your data' and 'How we process your data' have been updated with information about the data HMRC uses and processes when you directly or indirectly use our services.

  2. The 'Overseas data transfers' section of the notice has been updated, as the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework is no longer valid and the UK has left the EU.
