A request for information was made about traffic counting data. The Highways Agency provided information on three questions. 1. What manual or electronic devices does the Highways Agency use for traffic counts? 2. How many counts occurred over the previous two years and what was the average cost. 3. What data does the Highways Agency collect from traffic counts?
