Details
The Secretary of State for Business and Trade is publishing a notice under paragraph 29 of Schedule 4 to the Taxation (Cross-border Trade) Act 2018 to require the registration of imports of biodiesel from China.
A transition review of the anti-dumping duty will be initiated before 5 November 2030.
