Details

The Secretary of State for Business and Trade has accepted a recommendation made by the Trade Remedies Authority (TRA), and is giving effect to that recommendation, under subsection 13(2) of, and paragraphs 20(5)(a) and (c) of Schedule 4 to, the Taxation (Cross-border Trade) Act 2018 to apply a definitive anti-dumping duty on certain engine oils and hydraulic fluids originating from Lithuania and the UAE.
