This guidance sets out principles that should be followed by any forensic unit completing FSA – DTN 102 – Toxicology: analysis for drugs in relation to s5A of the Road Traffic Act 1988. The intention of the guidance is to provide additional detail to the FSA-specific requirements set out in Version 2 of the Code of Practice.
