Details

This Report sets out the TSRB’s analysis and recommendations on the remuneration of the higher judiciary (and certain other judicial appointments), the senior grades of the Higher Civil Service, and senior officers of the Armed Forces.

This year, the TSRB undertook a fundamental review of salaries - including recommending changes to the judicial salary structure and the introduction of performance-related pay for Grades 2 and 3 in the civil service.
