This Report sets out the TSRB’s analysis and recommendations on the remuneration of the higher judiciary (and certain other judicial appointments), the senior grades of the Higher Civil Service, and senior officers of the Armed Forces.

The Report was published on 12 May 1983, however the Government’s response was not announced until July 1983.
