This Report sets out the TSRB’s analysis and recommendations on the remuneration of the Chairmen and members of the Boards of nationalised industries, the higher judiciary (and certain other judicial appointments), the senior grades of the Higher Civil Service, and senior officers of the Armed Forces.

This Report also includes two separate Advisory Group reports (operating as TSRB sub-committees):

1. Job comparability study for the senior grades of the Higher Civil Service and senior officers of the Armed Forces.
2. The relative evaluation of posts within the upper levels of the judiciary.
