Provides information on how the skills system will work at the local level, showing how the further education and skills sector will regulate and manage its own activities. Following the abolition of the Regional Development Agencies, all funding for adult skills will now be routed through the Skills Funding Agency. This Agency will distribute funds to a network of quality assured colleges and training providers.
