We have received a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) for the following:
‘I am trying to ascertain the legal requirements for the positioning of Gatso equipment at the roadside.
I specifically require information regarding the siting of such a device
actually on a road bend, ie not before or after it, but midway on a bend.’
