This report sets out the results of a review, by the Forensic Science Regulator, of the performance of Bedfordshire Police and Key Forensic Services (KFS) in relation to what was identified as Bedfordshire submission [A]. A case was referred to the regulator when it became apparent that DNA results had proved to be unreliable.
