This opinion provides an update to the 17 October 2019 RPC opinion issued on the final stage impact assessment (IA) for the Pension Schemes Bill . The present opinion is on an enactment stage IA, which includes an assessment of government amendments made to the Bill during its parliamentary passage. It has been green-rated; fit for purpose.
