This circular publicises the Home Secretary’s approval of payment of the housing emoluments in respect of officers who rejoin the police service following medical retirement and an obligatory review effective from 1 April 2003, as agreed by the Police Negotiating Board on 23 July 2008.

Details of the agreement are set out in the attached police negotiating board circular 08/07.
