This report considers the work and expenditure plans of the Law Officers’ Departments, covering the Attorney General’s Office, Crown Prosecution Service, the Revenue and Customs Prosecution Office, the Serious Fraud Office, the Treasury Solicitor’s Department and HM Crown Prosecution Service Inspectorate.

This Command Paper was laid before Parliament by a Government Minister by Command of Her Majesty. Command Papers are considered by the Government to be of interest to Parliament but are not required to be presented by legislation.
