This plan marks an important step in our transformation journey. Building on a new, simpler and more customer-focused organisation, it outlines how we will continue to deliver high-quality services while strengthening the foundations for our future strategy. It reflects our commitment to helping those in financial distress, maximising returns to creditors and tackling financial wrongdoing, alongside investing in the people, systems and capabilities needed to deliver lasting impact.

The plan provides a clear framework for delivery in the year ahead and demonstrates how we will contribute to economic growth, support confidence in the UK’s insolvency framework and achieve better outcomes for our customers and stakeholders.
