This is a report on the draft Social Security (Jobseeker’s Allowance Skills Training Conditionality Pilot) Regulations 2010 by the Social Security Advisory Committee (SSAC) under section 174(1) of the Social Security Administration Act 1992. The report includes a statement by the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions in accordance with sections 174(2) of that Act.
