We have a received a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for the following:

‘Copies of all documents relating to the previous decision to refuse entry to the UK to the leader of the Unification Church, Reverend Sun Myung Moon. Please include full details of Michael Howard’s reasons for barring Rev Moon in 1995 on the grounds that it would be “contrary to the public good”.
My request relates solely to Michael Howard’s decision in 1995 to refuse entry to the UK to Reverend Sun Myung Moon.’
