This measure will include legislative changes in relation to the Customs (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.
The measure introduces a number of targeted legislative changes that will allow customs procedures to continue to operate efficiently at the end of the Transition Period and will help facilitate the movement of goods between Great Britain and the European Union.
