Details
The terms of reference set out the scope of the 2020/21 review of Pool Reinsurance Limited (Pool Re). The review will be led by Her Majesty’s Treasury, working closely with Pool Re and the insurance sector to ensure the rules, systems and risk sharing arrangements remain in the best interests of Pool Re and its members, the government and the wider economy. The review will be published in Spring 2021 and will set out the strategic direction for Pool Re for the next five years.
