Tell the Child Benefit Office that your child is staying in education

Let the Child Benefit Office know that your child is staying in approved education or training after the age of 16 using the online service.

You’ll need to use your sign in details — if you do not already have sign in details, you’ll be able to create them.

Read about Child Benefit when your child turns 16.

Only the Child Benefit claimant can tell the Child Benefit office about a change of circumstances.
