Details

The Ebbsfleet Development Corporation is an arm’s length body of the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) and is tasked with investing in key infrastructure and creating the conditions for private sector investment on sites around Ebbsfleet International train station.

Tailored reviews of arm’s length bodies are required once each Parliament to challenge the continuing need for individual organisations and to review their capacity for delivering effectively and efficiently.

This report sets out the findings and recommendations of an independent panel appointed by MHCLG who undertook a review of Ebbsfleet Development Corporation at the end of 2017.
