This report presents the findings from a survey of 718 Not for Profit (NFP) organisations providing legal advice in England and Wales. The report describes the profile of NFP legal advice service provision, the clients they work with and the matters they advise on, their funding and funding sources, their workforce, details of partnership working, the ways in which their organisations have changed since implementation of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act in 2013 and their perspectives of changes required in the future.
