This is guidance to support the appraisal of FCERM projects. You should have read the FCERM appraisal guidance before using this document.

Use this spreadsheet to input data on costs and annual average damages for the different options that you’re considering for your FCERM project.

The spreadsheet provides a summary of this data in present values. It also provides values for net present value and benefit cost ratio.
