Details

Outstanding support for apprentices starts at induction by initially assessing their needs and promoting the support available to them. Apprentices benefit from healthy living advice, free breakfasts and fruit, and one-to-one literacy and numeracy support. Those apprentices who are made redundant are supported back into employment.
