This document is the Public Sector Equality Duty assessment completed in November 2018 for GEO’s work to help political parties best support disabled candidates seeking elected office.

To note that since the impact assessment was prepared, the statutory instrument referred to in it (the Representation Of The People (Election Expenses Exclusion) (Amendment) Order 2019) has come into force.
