- This form should only be used to submit requests for information under the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act to HM Treasury.

All submissions are read and carefully considered, but we can only respond to messages directly related to recorded information held by HM Treasury. If your query does not constitute a valid request under the FOI Act, please submit your question to HM Treasury’s Correspondence and Enquiry Unit via Correspondence Online Contact Form.

A valid request under the FOI Act must:
- be in writing;
- include the requester’s real name;
- include a correspondence address, e.g. an email address; and
- describe the specific recorded information requested.
