Findings from a study on the income and expenditure of higher education (HE) students studying in England. It is based on a series of earlier surveys undertaken at regular intervals since the mid 1980s, and most recently in 2014 to 2015.

The survey tracks the financial position of students and measures the impact of changes in funding and support.

The report looks at the financial position of HE students in England in the academic year 2021 to 2022.
