This report looks at how secondary school headteachers support every child to achieve their full potential through student-focused strategies. Five secondary school headteachers took part in this research and the findings are split into 2 sections:

  • what did school leaders understand by the term ‘personalised learning’?
  • what effective strategies have leaders used to raise standards?
