Details

In November 2024, the Animals in Science Committee (ASC) was asked to give advice on strengthening leading practice in the animals in science sector. This included a request for a review of the current landscape and recommendations for areas of focus, improved sector collaboration and the role of the regulator.

The associated report and advice, in the form of a series of recommendations to the minister, are reviewed and agreed by the full ASC.
