Statutory Paternity Pay: table of dates for employee entitlement (birth)

Use these tables to check your employee started with you in time to qualify for paternity pay.

  8. Statutory Paternity Pay table of dates for employee entitlement (birth) for the 2019 to 2020 tax year have been added.

  9. Rates, allowances and duties have been added for the tax year 2018 to 2019.

  10. Rates, allowances and duties have been added for the tax year 2017 to 2018.

  11. Rates, allowances and duties have been updated for the tax year 2016 to 2017.

  12. The 2015 to 2016 Statutory Paternity Pay Table for employees to manually check if an employer started with you in time to qualify for paternity pay is now available.

Additional Statutory Paternity Pay is no longer available for parents whose babies were due on or after 5 April 2015.
