We have a received a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for information relating to the Anti Social Behaviour helpline (0845 605 2222) in September 2005.  The request asks for:

  1. The number of calls taken .

  2. The average time taken for calls to be answered by an agent. If an interactive voice recognition system or other system is used please include the time taken to navigate the options.

3 The target answer time(s).

  1. The call abandon rate expressed as a percentage .
