The Ministry of Justice, along with other Government departments, has published its fifth Statement of New Regulation (SNR5).

SNR5 provides an overview of regulations intended to be implemented by Government departments between January and June 2013 and signals the start of the application of the new tougher One-in, Two-out (OITO) rule to new domestic regulation.
