We were asked for information on staffing Levels, turnover and registered complaints by staff
There were 61 staff in post as of 31 March 2010. With 44 in London and 17 in Cardiff. The turnover was around 16%.
Approximate turnover rates for the following periods were as follows:
2008-09 - 18%
2007-08 - 26%
2006-07 - 14%
2005-06 - 17%
We are only aware of one registered complaint relating to this period when an employee raised an issue of unfair dismissal in 2009-10
