Details

A request for information was made about the average number of sick absences; total cost of overtime; number of times understaffed on shifts; and staff retention. In response, the Highways Agency was unable to provide the number of sick absences but disclosed that the SWRCC had an average of 12.6 sickness absences per person during 2014. Also disclosed was a breakdown of overtime costs and staff turnover. ..
