Q. How many employees our organisation has who are being paid through their company in 2009/10, 2010/11, 2011/12 and 2012/13? 

A: The Wales Office has never paid an employee through their company. 

Q. How much is our current reserves balance? 

A: The Wales Office has no current reserve balance. 

Q. How many FTEs your organisation employed at the beginning of 2009/10, 2010/11, 2011/12 and 2012/13 financial years? 

A: We usually report on staff numbers at the end of each financial year. The total number of staff in post as at 1 April 2012 was 60.4 full time employees (FTEs). There is more detailed information in senior civil service structure and salaries.

Q. Which of our ministers will receive a pension from their ministerial role? 

A: This information can be found in our Annual Report, 20111 to 2012 

Q. How much our organisation spent on international travel in 2009/10, 2010/11, 2011/12 and 2012/13, and how much was apportioned to Ministers for each of these years? 

A: In 2009/10 we spent £933.07 of which £276.09 was attributed to international ministerial travel. There were no costs incurred on international travel in 2010/11. In 2011/12 we spent £540.15 on international travel, of which £270.07 was attributed to ministerial travel. 

In 2012-13 to date we have spent £41,776.29 on international travel, £13,673.33 of which is attributed to ministerial travel.
