We received a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) for the following:
‘How many Presenting Officers on Temporary Promotion (TP) nationally have been unsuccessful at the Higher Executive Officer (HEO) Assessment Centre? How many of these are in the second year of their TP and will thus have no further opportunity to go to an HEO Assessment Centre before their TP expires? What is the Appeals Directorate policy towards these unsuccessful candidates?’
