The Committee is an independent non-departmental public body sponsored by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). The Committee’s secretariat is based in Caxton House. The energy and water supplies to that building are a matter for DWP or their facilities supplier, and therefore we do not hold the information that you have requested.
