We have a received a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for the following:
“Please find enclosed two attachments both asked the same question ‘has the LTI2020 ever been tested specifically on motorcycles’. But there are two different answers.
If there has been any recent testing of the LTI2020 on motorcycles, under the Freedom of Information law I would like to know if the Home Office has done any specific tests on motorcycles. And which forces did tests on motorcycles using the LTI2020 and again what tests were they.
Also please find enclosed a piece taken from an e-mail sent to me by MCN
‘We did a Freedom of Information enquiry to every police force in the country earlier this year and found not one had records of any such tests ‘.”
