We have a received a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for the following:
The types of speed cameras which have received approval by the Secretary of State, specifically the Police Pilot which is widely used by a number of forces but which does not seem to appear on the Home Office list of approved speed cameras.
On which date the Secretary of State approved this devise? Whether the Police Pilot / Petrards Provida 2000 has been approved by the Secretary of State or not and, if so, on what date?
