These statements record the findings and recommendations of the UK National Contact Point (UK NCP) about a complaint.

The complaint is from Ms Z, an individual based in India, stating that a UK company, X plc, did not comply with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) guidelines.

The initial assessment records the decision of the UK National Contact Point (UK NCP) on whether to accept for further consideration a complaint from an individual against a UK company for a breach of the OECD guidelines for multinational enterprises.

The application for review records the recommendation of the UK NCP Steering Board on a request for review of the UK NCP’s initial assessment of the complaint. The Review Committee recommended that the Steering Board should decline the application for a review of the initial assessment.
