Details

Complete an Affidavit (religious) or Affirmation (non-religious) of Marital Status form to prove your eligibility for marriage in South Korea. It will need to be completed in English (but not signed). Once the affidavit/affirmation has been issued, you need to submit it to any local district office in South Korea to register your marriage under local law.
