The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:

  • revoke the operator licence held by Michael John Philbin

  • disqualify Michael John Philbin indefinitely from holding or obtaining any type of operator’s licence in any traffic area

  • disqualify Michael Philbin indefinitely from being the director of any company holding or obtaining an operator’s licence

  • disqualify Rachael Philbin indefinitely from holding or obtaining any type of operator’s licence in any traffic area

  • disqualify Rachael Philbin indefinitely from being the director of any company holding or obtaining an operator’s licence
