Findings from a YouGov survey of 4,723 adults and fieldwork carried out in March 2017 looking at public attitudes to social mobility in the UK.

The report looks at:

  • how people’s backgrounds affect their futures
  • whether people’s lives are improving
  • prospects for future generations
  • geographical differences in social mobility
