Small Business Leadership Programme (SBLP) was a free leadership and management course aimed at improving the productivity of small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and improving resilience and recovery from COVID-19.
SBLP consisted of a 10-week structured programme delivered online by a network of business schools across the UK.
The SBLP evaluation reports present findings based on evidence collected when the programme ran from October 2020 to June 2021.
The reports are in 2 phases:
- phase 1 covers how effectively SBLP was delivered
- phase 2 assesses the early impacts of the programme
