How much money have you spent on Sky television subscriptions since May 2010?

We replied:

The Wales Office spent £5,715 on a Sky television subscription between May 2010 and June 2011. We cancelled our Sky television subscription in June 2011 and moved to Freesat.

Which Sky packages are you subscribed to?

We replied:

The Wales Office is no longer subscribed to Sky.

For what reasons are you subscribed to these packages?

We replied:

The Wales Office subscribed to a Sky package up to June 2011 in order to access BBC Wales and ITV Wales as well as BBC parliament channels

We were asked:

How many televisions does the department have access to?

We replied:

The Wales Office has access to 12 televisions, split between our London and Cardiff offices.

We were asked:

Are these in the private offices of ministers and secretaries of state?

We replied:

There are 7 televisions in the private offices of Wales Office Ministers, split between our London (4) and Cardiff offices (3).
